HEMPEL Industrial Maintenance, based in Willich, is an innovative company with over 70 years of experience in the “repair of electrical drives”. Our structure comprises several competence centers that develop individual solutions for the maintenance and repair of electric motors, gearboxes, pumps and cranes. Our customers include leading companies from the pulp & paper, chemicals, metal production and cement sectors, as well as medium-sized companies in North Rhine-Westphalia.

In order to continue the success story with another generation, we are looking for a full-time sales representative (m/f/d) with passion at the Willich location:


Sales Representative (m/f/d)





Your area of responsibility in technically experienced sales


  • Acquisition, offer and order-related support and advice
  • Sales talks with customers and interested parties with the aim of closing deals
  • Planning of complex outdoor installations incl. On-site inspection and organization
  • Preliminary and follow-up discussions of maintenance measures in the assigned area and development of customer-relevant, creative solutions in complex maintenance projects
  • Participation in the development of sustainable business relationships
  • Active participation in the strategic development of sales activities to expand our position in the market
  • Interface to commercial order management

Your profile


  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training, preferably electrical or mechanical engineering technician or comparable qualification
  • Acquisition strength and several years of experience in sales of products and services requiring explanation of at least 5 years is an advantage
  • Negotiation and deal-oriented as well as independent, solution-oriented way of working. Enthusiasm for motors, pumps and similar products
  • Knowledge and experience in the field of predictive maintenance is an advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure, assertiveness and an affinity for technical industrial systems
  • Strong communication skills and successful in maintaining sustainable customer relationships
  • German at native speaker level (at least C1)
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office
