Repair, overhaul and acceptance testing

Regular acceptance tests

Extending service life through quality assurance

For quality assurance purposes, we carry out acceptance tests on our in-house test bench in accordance with DIN EN 10204 and DIN EN ISO 9906 up to DN 100 on the suction side and DN 80 on the pressure side. All new pumps (aggregates) and repair pumps can be tested with either a water/gycol mixture or white oil with a viscosity of 20 mPa*s and are each issued with an acceptance test certificate 3.1 or 3.2 for documentation purposes.

Workers in industrial plant during on-site inspection

Findings, root cause analysis and repair with understanding

On-site maintenance includes regular inspections, maintenance work and repairs carried out directly on the pump system. This serves to maintain the performance and reliability of the pump and minimize unplanned downtimes.

Your industrial pumps are repaired independently of the manufacturer, both on site and in our own repair workshop.

Inspection and diagnosis

Check the pump for wear, damage or other problems to assess its condition.

Repairs

Repair of defects or damage found during the inspection. This may include the replacement of seals, bearings, pump vanes or other components.

Replacement of wearing parts

Replacement of parts that need to be replaced due to normal wear and tear in order to extend the service life of the pump.

Alignment and calibration

Checking and adjusting the alignment of the pump and calibrating it to ensure that it works efficiently and without vibration.

Checking the seals

Check and replace seals to prevent leaks.

Cleaning

Remove any deposits or impurities that could impair the performance of the pump.

The overhaul of industrial pumps is crucial to ensure their reliability, efficiency and service life. It is common for industrial companies to implement regular maintenance schedules to ensure that their pumps are working optimally and to minimize unexpected downtime.
